Believe it or not everybody serves a God
Even agnostics and atheist and pantheists
Someone makes the rules be it myth or be it you
All that you believe all that you receive
All the power you got and all that you do not

He walked on water calmed a storm and turned water into wine
He healed the crippled and the lame opened the eyes of the blind
Shut a lion's mouth and brought Goliath down
Cast the demons out set free all that were bound
Healed the multitudes and created a universe
So tell me what has your god done lately

Have you blindly choose what you thought was so
Gone with what felt right that became your light
Whether true or not that became your god

Would your god take stripes upon the back
Would your god wear a crown of thorns
Would your god permit being placed on a cross
While most of the onlookers laughed and scorned
Just to save humanity from its sin
