It’s for sure my life will have its share of twists and turns
Mistakes I’ll make along the way and lessons I must learn

Finding comfort and the help I need in the God that I’m leaning on
Whether I’m standing on a mountain and the skies are blue and clear
Or I’m walking through the valley among the shadows dwelling there
Whatever my situation be here’s the thought that always comes to me
The great I Am is God of wherever I am
Now I don’t believe in bad luck or that thing called Murphy’s law
But I do believe there’s a devil who comes to test us all
And I do believe there’s a Savior who has all authority
And through His name the game can change from defeat to victory
In the highs and lows and the I don’t knows
In the in-betweens and all that’s yet to be
What I can not see by faith I will believe
